PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

To place an order you must be of age. The orders sent will be binding for RAREDREAMS MILANO di Fabio Paganello only after you have received confirmation from us via e-mail that the order process has been completed regularly, the payment has been authorized and the products are at least partially available. We recommend that you print the email and keep it. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us using the form in the customer service section.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

It is up to the buyer to choose between the payment and delivery conditions offered on the website www.raredreamsmilano.com. Payment or delivery methods other than those indicated are not permitted.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS

Please note that not all banks issue credit cards already enabled for ONLINE purchases, therefore if at the end of the purchase attempt the wording appears: OTPC NOT PRESENT (the service is not temporarily available) click the END button and proceed to activate the requested service by requesting it from the banking institution that issued you the card.

DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery times are approximately within 10 working days of receiving the order confirmation email, depending on whether the requested item is available in stock or needs to be put back into production.
RAREDREAMS MILANO di Fabio Paganello undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that you receive the products within that period, but cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay during transport.

WARRANTY

RAREDREAMS MILANO di Fabio Paganello guarantees that the products sold are free from faults and defects. If you should find a defect in the products, we kindly ask you to communicate it as soon as possible by contacting us using the appropriate form in the customer service section. All products sold comply with the Italian and European Union (EU) regulations applicable to them.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty for a period of (14) fourteen working days from the day you receive the products. To withdraw from the contract you must inform us of your intention by filling in the appropriate forum in the customer service section within the terms defined above. Subsequently, you will be shown how to return the product subject to the right of withdrawal.

PRODUCT RETURN

Within the same period of (14) fourteen working days you must return the products intact and without signs of use. The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the product does not conform to what was ordered.  As soon as we have received the products in the conditions indicated above, we will refund the amount of the value of the goods for which the right of withdrawal was exercised by crediting the amount either to the PayPal account, or by bank transfer (depending on the payment method used) .

COMPUTER PAYMENT METHODS

We inform you, for your safety, that payment by credit card/PayPal is made via Virtual POS managed directly by the credit institution. We will not know your credit card details.

GIFT CARD

RAREDREAMS MILANO di Fabio Paganello reserves the right to change the conditions relating to gift cards at any time, therefore we ask you to take note of the aforementioned conditions before purchasing a gift card on the website www.raredreamsmilano.com

The gift card is valid for 1 year after purchase, therefore after 365 three hundred and sixty-five days the gift card will expire and the owner of the gift card will permanently lose the entire amount remaining in the gift card registered to him. No refunds will be given. Our gift cards can be spent on multiple orders, in the case of an order amount lower than the value of the gift card, the remaining amount can be used for a subsequent order.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAWS

All orders accepted by RAREDREAMS MILANO di Fabio Paganello are considered completed in Italy and are subject exclusively to Italian law.
